mixed feelings about my stay
missing towels unprepared duvet
the room had some issues i noticed upon arrival. there were no towels present i needed to request them. the duvet was not prepared it was stuffed in a drawer. i felt this was not a great start to my reservation

wonderful stay!
useful microwave easy access
the location was great with easy access. my room include a useful microwave and fridge and a heating machine. i appreciated the washers, dryers, and iron available for our clothes, they were easy to use.
i found the room lighting inadequate during dark evenings. there wasn't enough light for comfortable reading.

the bus station is a short five minute walk away, i liked that. the nearest bus stop is floraweg and it's two stops from noorderpark metro station. that helped me commute.

adequate stay with issues
poor lighting inconvenient location
the room had poor lighting it was difficult to read in the evenings the blackout curtains were the only option for privacy however they made the room too dark a message i sent regarding an additional guest received no response the lack of clear communication was frustrating i found the location somewhat inconvenient it required multiple transfers to reach the city center
